School-Year program

“Repetition,” said Zig Ziglar, “is the mother of learning, the father of action, which makes it the architect of accomplishment.” This idea of repetition is what guides our approach to leadership development, because we believe that repetition breeds retention. Through our regular Sagamore meetings during each school year, emerging leaders are consistently exposed to key leadership concepts which help them develop their leadership mission for life.

Since the establishment of our first Sagamore site in the fall of 2010, we are continually planting more Sagamore sites around Indiana. The Sagamore leadership moving is growing.
